Mail Force is happy to announce a grant of £338,497 to Refugees at Home to support their work placing Ukrainian refugees with properly checked hosts in the UK, making sure Ukrainians seeking sanctuary in the UK find a safe place to stay and receive a proper welcome. Refugees at Home will conduct home visits, undertake assessments, and provide ongoing support to both refugees and hosts. This will be done at a cost of less than £2 per hosted night.
With the support of The Mail on Sunday, Daily Mail and MailOnline, donations from their readers have made this the fastest newspaper backed fundraiser in world history.
