Mail Force Charity launches a unique fundraising video involving a host of A-list stars, which is helping pupils without internet access to study from home.

The Mail Force Charity’s Computers for Kids campaign video is one of the biggest collaborations of British talent to support a Charity. The video, which includes David Beckham, David Walliams, Sir Ian McKellen, Dame Joan Collins, Lord (Andrew) Lloyd Webber, Dame Emma Thompson and Stephen Fry, shows the celebrities having an online ‘Zoom’ get together.

With schools shut, and a third of British families lacking enough devices to get pupils online, the ‘digital divide’ is severely impacting children’s education. Computers for Kids was launched to get laptop computers and 4G connectivity to schoolchildren as quickly as possible.

With children falling behind, the message from the likes of Sir Cliff Richard, Sir Clive Woodward and Helena Bonham Carter in the video is simple: act now.
At the end of the video, David Walliams ‘shares his screen’ to show the photos of Mail Force delivering new laptops to schoolchildren.

The stars urge viewers to use their mobile phones to text donations to the Computers for Kids campaign.
